STORY TELLING  FROM  LIFE
Duration: 7 weeks  
Offered also through College of Marin

We gently explore physical, vocal and meditative ways to evoke events from
our lives - those we remember and some we have forgotten. Using movement,
relaxation, writing, verbal improvisation, sharing and the present moment we
find our unique ways to reveal these treasures to ourselves and others.
This is a subtle, yet very deep process that can bring much healing and
nurtures and inspires our creativity...


TAKE THE STAGE  presentation technique
Duration: 6 weeks
Offered also through College of Marin  &  as flash-courses for businesses and corporations

An artistic approach to presentation technique and stage presence this course offers valuable tools to students, artists, performers, business people, job candidates and anyone who wants to be able to enjoy standing up in front of an audience (of any size) and staying present while giving a personal message that is heard and remembered. It provides a safe, fun place to explore our personal expression and style, helps us understand - physically, mentally and emotionally - what supports and hinders us
- and how to build verbal communication.
Areas covered are:
Content - how to develop/create a verbal piece/message from idea
Voice technique - the dynamic voice that is heard -voice warm-up
Atmosphere - how to create a specific feeling/environment
Presence - how to focus, engage, use body language, memorize, and stay authentic.
We  use improvisation, voice- and physical exercises, writing, sharing and the present moment.


INNER MAN INNER WOMAN
A unique 2- or 5 day experiential creative process of exploring our Male and  Female energies...
• how they manifest in our bodies • how we express them in the world • how they interact in our lives
In a safe relaxed space we use our body, voice, breath, writing, meditation, drawing, awareness and
sharing to connect with  - and integrate their qualities in order to experience, integrate and embrace
what they embody.


EMBRACING THE MUSE  
Intimate performance process. No acting experience needed.
3 month commitment required.

There is so much talent and soul ready to be shared.
This is an opportunity to get out of our own way and allow the gifts we
bring to be experienced by others.
The concentrated process inspires and explores authentic performing in a safe environment.
Weaving together original as well as selected material of poetry, prose and songs that move us, we create a performance piece that combines the talents of the participants.
The performance will be shared with a select audience.


CREATIVE EXPRESSION • CREATIVE HEALING
A long term  process, deepening the exploration and experience of the healing potential of expression and creativity.
